Tacking is applied mainly in electrical installations, as the distance between pipes can be small and, in most cases, is not comparable to HVAC and plumbing installations.

The working method is simple: a starQuick® pipe clip is fixed to the wall. The next clip can be tacked due to the patented tacking profile. The connection can be loaded up to 45 lbs.

In principle more pipes can be tacked to the fixed pipe clip. A combination of HVAC and plumbing pipes and electrical pipes is also possible. The tacking of the pipe clips is possible up to and including Ø 1 inch (SQ 28).

Two pipe clips can be fixed with a center distance of 2 inches to wall or ceiling with one screw only by using the DUO bracket. The pipe clips are docked to the DUO bracket simply and securely.

The fixing of the DUO bracket can be done by using the starQuick® hammer in plug. The DUO bracket can be loaded up to 135 lbs.

The DUO bracket can be used for each combination of starQuick® pipe clips from Ø .37 inches (SQ 10) to Ø .92 inches (SQ 20).
